It has been determined to the best of the Environmental Consultant's knowledge,information and belief to be substantially complete

in accordance with the Scope of work and Specifications, including Clearance Testing analysis that documents that airborne fiber
concentrations for the Work Area are within the guidelines established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for
reoccupation(by unprotected personnel)of an area that has undergone asbestos-abatement, and that all Asbestos-Containing Waste
Materials have been removed from the project area. As of the Date of Issuance of this Certificate, Contractor may proceed with
replacement material Work when included in the Contract,and/or all field close-out activities,as required.
