VLMK Consulting Engineers is the Structural Engineer -of- Record on the subject project
and has done structural observations on the new masonry walls. Carlson Testing has
done special inspection for the walls. We have reviewed their reports and are satisfied
the walls have been constructed in substantial conformance to our design.
