The following is a short reply to your compliance review of the above referenced project.
1) Accessibility barrier removal improvement plan is enclosed.
2) A site plan has been added showing the Handicap parking and the curb cuts to the store.
3) Desk elevation can be found on A2 section 12 -for accessible cashier counter.
4) Fire extinguishers have been added to sheet 2-Al.
5) No structural detail of shelving is needed when shelves are less than 8' -0" A.F.F.
6) Please find attached form 5A non- residential energy code.

1.Under the provisions of ORS .241, OSSC, Section 1113.1, 25% of the permit valuation shall be expended in
removing existing Archit al barriers. Enclosed fmd our form for your use in indicating how these funds will be
expended. The form st be returned to this writer.
2. Revised drawings shall include a site plan, showing proposed and existing accessible parking, and the accessible
route to the tenant space.
3. On detail 12/A2, the accessible portion of the cashier counter shall be shown. The area shall be as setout in OSSC,
Section 1109.23.2. Provide details
Fire Life Safety
Drawing A #, detail 9/A3, indicate on drawing Al, the placement of required fire extinguishers
