This is a Fire and Life Safe':y Plan Review and is based on the
1988 editions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and those sections
of the Uniform Building Co6e (UBC) and Uniform Mechanical Code
(UMC) specifically referencing the fire department, and other
local ordinances and regulations.
Plans are conditionally approved subject to the City of Tigard

1 . Fire Extinguisher Requirements: Not less than one
(1) approved fire extinguisher(s) with a rating of
not less than (*) shall be provided for each (**)
square foot of floor area or fraction thereof. The
travel distance to an extinguisher from any portion
