This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on
the 1991 editions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and those
sections of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and U-Iform
Mechanical Code (UMC) specifically referencing the fire
department, and ot',ter local ordinances and regulations.
This review covers the tenant modification to the above
noted occupancy. The plans as submitted are conditionally
approved for construction subject to the following:
