A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET APPROPRIATION TO FAIRHAVEN RECOVERY HOMES
WHEREAS, Resolution 18-34 adopted the City of Tigard budget, made appropriations, declared the ad
valorem tax levy;classified the levy,and adopted technical adjustments;and
WHEREAS,Resolution 18-34 did not include an appropriation for Fairhaven Recovery Homes,which needed
to be voted on separately due to a conflict of interest on Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The Council adopts the budget appropriation for Fairhaven Recovery Homes as part of the
adopted budget for FY 2018-19.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
