FE is providing revised plans and calculations for the city to review. Summary of changes which affect all building types are below: 1. Changing Doug-Fir lumber to Hem-Fir for all 2x joists, columns, 2x studs and plates. 2. Doug-Fir#1 beams revised to be Doug-Fir#2. 3. 7/8"floor sheathing revised to be 3/4". 4. 5/8"roof sheathing revised to be 7/16". 5. 15/32"wall sheathing revised to be 7/16". 6. Weyerhaeuser TJI joists revised to be Roseburg RFPI-400 joists. 7. Glulam drag beams revised to be LVL material, drag nailing revised accordingly.
