Lot 91-Subarade
I observed crews had excavated to various planned subgrade elevations and placed approx. 2"of compacted (small
walk behind vibratory smooth plate)%"-0 crushed rock. Resistance to penetration (1/2"diameter steel foundation
probe) indicates medium-stiff to stiff brown SILT with sand subgrade conditions.
Conclusion
Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that subgrade areas for lot 91 indicated on the attached
site plan have been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
