A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT SCOTT WINKELS, TRISTAN IRVIN,AND ELLEN SEMINARA AS
VOTING MEMBERS AND SEAN ERNES AND DARLENE DICK AS ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF
THE PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Tigard City Council established the Park and Recreation Advisory Board to advise Tigard City
Council and the Public Works Director on park and recreation matters;and
WHEREAS,there are three voting member vacancies on the Park and Recreation Advisory Board;and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee interviewed candidates and recommends Scott
Winkels,Tristan Irvin, and Ellen Seminara as voting members, and Sean Ernes and Darlene Dick as alternate
members.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Scott Winkels, Tristan Irvin, and Ellen Seminara are hereby appointed as voting members,
and Sean Ernes and Darlene Dick are appointed as alternate members of the Park and
Recreation Advisory Board.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
