This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Per our discussion with Polygon regarding the single-family plan types with suspended garages, it's
our understanding that#4 rebar has been extended out of the concrete foundation walls and into
both the garage slab and driveway in an alternating manner. Based on our review of the plans, this
is an acceptable method of construction.
