The new impervious surface area is approximately 2400 sq.ft.and the WQV would amount to 72 cu.ft. Per the attached map,the existing stepped bioswale is approximately 15 to 20 ft.wide and about 200 ft. long.The detention area is approximately 30 to 40 ft.wide and about 110 ft.long. Adding 72 cu.ft.to a minimum established area of 6300 sq.ft.is adequate for use.The conveyance system is a 4 inch rain drain to an existing 6 inch storm line which connects to the bioswale.This is sufficient as well. Also, since there is over 1,000 sq.ft of new impervious area,we will need to receive (2) sets of storm water calculations along with the site work permit to address water quality for the site. For further details pertaining to water quality,you may contact Mike White by calling his cell phone at(503) 804- 0658. Furthermore, the plumbing site utilities permit application will need to be submitted with the site work permit, even if you do not know who the contractor will be at the moment. I have copied Albert Shields, Permit Coordinator, on this email so that he can provide you with an estimate for transportation and parks SDC fees that might be assessed based on the additional added space for daycare at this location, 13401 SW Benish St. Our office is open for submittals Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, we are closed on Fridays. The plan review fee (see building permit estimate) for the building permit will be required at submittal, along with (3) sets of plans (see building permit application for submittal information).
