I observed subgrade for lots 107 through 112 where indicated on the attached site plan. Subgrade appeared to
generally consist of moist brown silt that was firm/unyielding underfoot. Approximately 2"of crushed rock granular
base had been placed over the observed subgrade area. I used a W diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the
consistency of the subgrade material and observed probe penetrations indicated stiff to very stiff subgrade
conditions today.
Based on observations and probing,tt.is our opinion.tbwt tl.:e subgrade observed toclay,where.indicatedonthe
attached site plan,has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
