The new impervious surface area is approximately 2400 sq.ft.and the WQV would amount to 72 cu.ft. Per the attached map,the existing stepped bioswale is approximately 15 to 20 ft.wide and about 200 ft. long.The detention area is approximately 30 to 40 ft.wide and about 110 ft. long. Adding 72 cu.ft.to a minimum established area of 6300 sq.ft. is adequate for use.The conveyance system is a 4.inch rain drain to an existing 6 inch storm line which connects to the bioswale.This is sufficient as well.
