Hello All,
We recently received revised plans for the deck extensions for Oak Woods, Lot 8 and 5. I have removed the holds for
these permits to allow inspections to be scheduled. However, we haven't received a revised site plan for lot 5 yet. I will
be routing the revised plans for review, but we need the revised site plan for lot 5 before we release the revisions. I just
wanted to give you a heads-up.

Vince,
I removed the hold for lot 8 of Oak Woods since we received the plans, calculations, and revised site plan. I also
removed the hold for lot 5 since the plans are identical to lot 5, and you can now schedule inspections. However, we
have not received a revised site plan for lot 5 yet. We need a copy of the revised site plan to approve the revised deck
plans. Also, we will need to charge you for the copies we made once you pick up the deck revisions. The fees for the
copies will be$11.50 in addition to the plan review fee.
In case you schedule an inspection tomorrow,you can contact our inspection supervisor, Chip Barnett, if you have any
inspection related questions. Chip's direct office number is (503) 718-2644.

Here are the deck additions for Lots 6, 7 & 8 Oak Woods. Lot 5 & 8 are the same plans. Do you need something
additional for Lot 5 from Suntel even though it is in the same plan as Lot 8?
Let me know as soon as possible,I'm trying to get the driveway approach and sidewalk poured for Lot 5.
