Dear John:
Enclosed are three copies of our site plan for the subject project. Please use the
plan to process the required permits for construction of the asphalt curb.
The purpose of this curb is to deflect storm runoff from the street away from the
newly installed landscape strip. Drainage will be directed to two existing catch
basins: one at the north end and one at the south end of the property. Remaining
runoff will flow naturally toward the south into an existing open ditch.
