1 . Meeting was called to order by chairman Cathy Chase .
2 . Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as
ammended .
3. Mr . Wooley's memorandum of Nov . 23 was explained in
further detail and the various points were discussed .
4 . A list of improvements desired for the Metzger area were
listed , discussed and voted on by the committee members .
The complete list with the final point tally is given on the
attached sheet . Mr . Wooley will take the top items by
priority and present a further cost evaluation of the
improvements to the committee before or at the next meeting .
5 . The next meeting will be at 7 :00 PM on January 26th ,
1988 .
6 . The meeting was adjourned at 9 :00 PM .
