Please find attached the tree removal application and supporting photographs. The photos are meant to represent the
enormous size of the tree I wish to remove in relation to the small yard space. Also, I photographed where the utilities
had been marked from when the city had to excavate the road to be able to repair sewer pipes that had been
compromised by the tree. My yard is the central utility hub for the odd couldesac within a couldesac that I live. There
are multiple gas lines, sewer lines, and buried electrical running through the small area. Granted approval, will not be
removing the stump because of this. The last photo shows where the top splits in the tree. It has split 1/3rd up the tree
and there are strain marks in the bark that run almost to the ground.
I included General Tree as the contractor, however I am still waiting for a quote from Morton's tree service. Both have
certified arborists on staff.
