This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF (Area 7)' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Per our discussion with Polygon, it's our understanding that an exterior fireplace will be added to the
rear patio of Lot 35 (Plan 8056A). Based on our review of the plans, the proposed 4'x8'x12"thick
footing for the fireplace is acceptable. Provide connection to the residential structure by attaching
fireplace wall studs to glu-lam beam and 2x8 rafters with A35 framing clips.
