Hi Dawn,
I will call you to discuss the mechanical permit submittal. After reviewing the refrigeration permit plans, I noticed that
there was a site plan page showing parking modifications. Due to parking changes, a Minor Modification permit through
our planning department will need to be submitted. For further instructions on obtaining a Minor Modification permit,
you can either email our planning department at TigardPlannerOnDuty@tigard-or.gov or call them at(503)718-
2421. Once the Minor Modification permit is approved and issued, a Site Work permit will be necessary to review the
ADA accessible parking. For the Site Work permit,we will need to receive (3) sets of separate plans to review with a
separate valuation. Furthermore, if the valuation for the refrigeration permit includes the parking scope of work,then
we can subtract this from the valuation, and I can revise the plan review fees on the building permit. If you have any
additional questions, please let us know.
I will contact you shortly about the mechanical permit.
