Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:20 p.m. 4. Update on the PARF Update on annual Park and Recreation Fee report to Council. 7:30 pm 5. Update on the Parks CIP Update on Park capital projects around the City. 7:45 p.m. 6. Discussion of Transient Lodging Tax The PRAB will continue their discussion. 8:10 P.M. 7. Parks and Recreation Updates Updates from Supervisor Martin McKnight, and Coordinator Anthony Markey will give updates. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board will go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 8:50 P.M. 10. Adjourn Next Meetings: PRAB Meeting June 11, 2018 —Tigard Public Works Auditorium The City of Tigard tries to make all reasonable modifications to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to participate equally in all city meetings.
