Request: The applicant proposes to remove three (3) Sycamore trees located at Arbor Heights Apartments, behind the pool area. The proposal includes replanting of three (3) Hornbeam trees at a different location on- site. The applicant is proposing to remove the trees in order to improve visibility and enhance views of the apartment complex and signage. Zone: R-25: Medium High-Density Residential (PD).
