I was told by your front office that I needed to email you to request an extension for a building permit in order
to get the deck permit finaled.
The permit was issued in 2009 for a residential deck. The footings were inspected by the COT: paper work
enclosed.
I have also enclosed the original permit drawings.
Please let me know what else needs to be done to close out this permit.
