1. Meetings were held on(list dates during month) April 18,2002
2. Current activities:
• Reviewed Council direction for Street Maintenance Fee.
• Selection of businesses for meetings to discuss Street Maintenance Fee.
• Reviewed alternative funding source for major street projects.
3. Status of long-term projects:
Meeting will be scheduled with the larger business owners to review street maintenance
fee proposal.
4. Number of volunteer hours contributed this month(noted number of volunteers and total
hours).
5 volunteers for 1 %i hours each = 7.5

Nothing scheduled at this time.

We have one vacant position(John Olsen)and one member(Steve Clark)who has
never attended a meeting.
