Transportation Financing Strategies Task Force
1. Meetings were held on(list dates during month) No meetings held in September.
2. Current activities:
• Task Force meeting scheduled for 10/10/02.
• Information on the Street Maintenance Fee has been placed on the Web Page
as a hot item.
• Staff made adjustments to the Street Maintenance Fee Rates - new information
was presented to City Council,placed on the web site, mailed to Task Force,
and mailed to several businesses.
3. Status of long-term projects:
• Adoption of Street Maintenance Fee scheduled for City Council 12/17/02.
• Open House for Street Maintenance Fee tentatively scheduled for 11/14/02.
• Video Production tentatively scheduled for 10/17/02.
4. Number of volunteer hours contributed this month(noted number of volunteers and total
hours).
None

• Scheduled for Council Review on December 17, 2002.
