Mayor's Youth Forum

1. Meetings were held on (list dates during month) October 15, 2003
2. Current activities (summarize): The group is shifting its focus to identifying facilities in
the community that may be available for youth activities and programs (i.e. schools,
churches, the Senior Center).
The Youth Advisory Council has adopted its Bylaws and representatives will attend the
November 19 Youth Forum meeting.
3. Status of long-term projects: The committee earned $600 from a car wash. Rich Carlson
is seeking adult volunteers to help with fundraising and coordinate tasks for the
committee.
4. Number of volunteer hours contributed this month (noted number of volunteers and total
hours). 4 x .75 = 3 hours
