We are the hauler for Office Depot Corrugated Compactor This
letter is to verify that the compactor and container is
compatable with our hauling equipment. After carefully surveying
the site% we have adequate distance to maneuver our truck into
position to load the compactor container . There is sufficient
distances to maneuver through the parking tat An demonstrated by
the Franchised haulers ability to load and unload 30 yard open
drop boxes in the parking lot. We will be hauling the containers
after and before normal business houxs so as not to interfere
with the traffic patterns or pedestrians.

Dear Mr. Marx:
As you are aware, Office Depot would like to install a trash
compactor at the south wall of our Tigard store. This will
require us to install a driveway along the southern wall (as
highlighted on the attached site plan) and to remove a 50" x 50^
portion of the wall to feed trash from the inside of the Premises
to the trash compactor on the outside. Should Office Depot
vacate the Premises, Office Depot will agree, at its own cost and
expense to restore the wall to its original condition.
