CALL TO ORDER
President Rogers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held in the Tigard Civic
Center,Town Hall, at 13125 SW Hall Blvd.

CONSIDER MINUTES
August 17 Meeting Minutes: President Rogers asked if there were any additions, deletions, or
corrections to the August 17 minutes; there being none, Rogers declared the minutes approved as
submitted.
President Rogers opened the public hearing.

REQUEST: The applicant requests a 211-unit planned development with concurrent concept and
detailed plan review, subdivision review, sensitive lands review, and one lot for future multifamily
development on 43.92 acres.APPLICANT: Polygon LOCATION: East side of SW Roy Rogers
Road south of SW Scholls Ferry Road ZONES: R-4.5, R-7 and R-12,Low,Medium, and Medium-
High Density Residential Designations. APPLICABLE REVIEW CRITERIA: Community
