The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.
MEETING DATE: February 12, 2018 7 — 9 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Tigard Public Works Auditorium, 8777 SW Burnham St.
7:00 p.m. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board will go into executive session
to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (e). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.

PRAB will vote on final goals for 2018
7:40 p.m. 5. PRAB Officer Elections for 2018
PRAB members will nominate and vote for 2018 Chair and Vice Chair
7:55p.m. 6. Update on Levy and Bond process
The PRAB will receive an update on possible Levy and Bond processes
8:10 p.m. 7. Discussion of Transient Lodging Tax
The PRAB will discuss possible ideas for this fund

The City of Tigard tries to make all reasonable modifications to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal
