Minutes Library Board March 9, 1987
Call to Order: 7:10 PM
Roll Call: Amo de Bernardis, Vince Matarrese, Jane Miller, Walt Munhall,
Dorene Thomas. Excused: Sue Carver. Guests: Susan Mueller,
Bobby White. Staff: George Anne Miller. In Carver's
absence, de Bernardis assumed the Chair.
Reports: Minutes from February 9 were approved as distributed.
Friends of the Library report was given by Librarian. It was
noted that the Friends had voted to issue membership cards to
all regular volunteers as suggested by the Board. The monthly
report and the City of Tigard annual report for the library
was distributed and briefly reviewed.
WCCLS: Librarian reviewed WCCLS issues which included the March 31
serial levy election, structure and governance, capital needs
study and a WILI update.
