Attached are the two approved permanent wall signs. Unfortunately, the freestanding sign was
reviewed and not approved per Hap Watkins,Assistant Planner for the City of Tigard.
Per Hap, the freestanding sign scales out to 22+ sq. ft. High and 74+ sq. ft. area without the
proposed sign.
