As discussed with Polygon, it's our understanding that for Lots 203, 205 &206, the concrete stem wall height at certain locations has been raised 9-1/2"+/-to accommodate an 8' garage door. We have been told that#4 vertical bars were dulled and epoxied @ 18"o.c. into the existing concrete stem wall with a 4"embedment and that one#4 horizontal bar was placed at the top of the new stem wall. Based on our review of the plans, this is an acceptable procedure for raising the concrete stem wall height.
