down for smoke areas.
2) Provide Com Check documents for building envelope insulation and lighting.
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered
issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.

was added to the Civil Sheets on the property. See sheets C2 and C4.
2.) FPS permit has been applied for and approved.
3.) Hydrant flow test has been provided via email from Tualatin Valley Water District.
4.) FDC and Fire Hydrant shown on the Civil sheets C2 an C4.
5.) Fire line to stand pipe added to plan. See Civil sheet C2.
6.) New Fire hydrant location is closer than 400'to any part of the building and within 150' of the
FDC which is located right next to the Fire Vault.
