The following is in response to your redline comment letter dated August 30, 2017.
- Show on plans fire vault at property line.
RESPONSE: Due to the location, shape, and access limitations of existing parcels, a private fire
hydrant is located on Parcel 2. Distance from hydrant to furthest building corner is approximately 175-
feet. Fire Vault is located on Parcel 2 for proximity to building, as well as limitation of running
additional water service line through access.
TVFR approval of proposed vault configuration, fire hydrant location, and emergency access is included
with this submittal.
A revised plan set has not been included, as the previous plan set submitted on August 23, 2017
already satisfies your requested changes. With submittal of all requested information, we consider this
application complete, and look forward to your issuance of a Site Work permit.

enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
