I'm the architect for the HomeStreet Bank branch tenant improvement permit BUP2017-00116 located at 16230 SW
Pacific Highway, Suite 140 (old House of Bread space) and we completed our permit application earlier this year. Due to
unforeseen delays with a third party that is taking over the existing HomeStreet bank located on the same property we
have been unable to take ownership of our space, pick up the permit and start our work. We anticipate the timing of our
work to commence next May, 2018. I'm writing to formally request an extension on our permit of 180 days. I'm happy to
