SUBJECT: Field changes
Discussion:
Two windows will be added along wall line V6 on the upper floor of the
house. These windows go through existing shear walls. One window will
go in the bonus room next to the closet and one window will go in the
master bedroom next to the stairs. Both windows are 2/6 wide.
Recommendation:
The project has been reanalyzed with the two windows added to the
upper floor. The remaining shear wall lengths are sufficient for the
required load when built to the previously S-0 type shearwall.
