Here is a list of the plan review fee, including other fees that must be paid at the time of OTC appointment. There is also a fee of$2.00 per page for plan pages over 11x17 in size, and $0.50 per page for pages up to 11x17 in size that will be added to these fees. You must also have a valid licensed contractor identified at the time of OTC appointment as we will be prepared to issue the permit during the appointment. If you do not have a contractor, and cannot pay the entire amount of the fees due, then we cannot schedule an OTC appointment, however you can submit the application materials Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
