1. The 3-2X6 floor joists spanning 13'-6" for the media room are adequate for the additional live load.
See attached.
2. Beam at upper floor framing 2/S1 is (3)2x10 DF/L#2. Add (4) 1 3/"X 9 '/2" 1.9EML LVL per
detail attached.
3. The beam over the basement bathroom and hall has been analized using specifics of the wood of at
the time of construction. Also, there is no change to these beams from the current remodel in this
area.
