Based on our review of the plans and the construction photographs provided by Polygon, it's our recommendation that the cracked concrete stem walls for the Simpson Strong-Walls be epoxy injected to provide proper concrete cover for the anchor rods. No fix/repair is required for the anchor rod connections to the concrete footing as, per the information we received from Polygon, it's our understanding that the anchor rods have proper embedment&concrete cover into the footings. c,p PRp 4 474\„\GIN4its AREGfi9& `% 22. ch' 4FS T.
