Call to Order and Roll Call Chair will call the meeting to order and recorder will conduct roll call 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: July 10, 2017 and August 14, 2017 Motions to approve minutes for July 10, 2017 and August 14, 2017 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public 7:20 p.m. 4. Parks Updates Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Manager Steve Martin 7:35 p.m. 5. Recreation Update and Discussion Recreation Coordinator, Anthony Markey, will update the PRAB on Recreation programs and request input from the PRAB 8:30 p.m. 6. PRAB Discussion Items for Council PRAB has a joint meeting with the Council on December 19 8:40 p.m. 7. PRAB Liaison Reports PRAB members will report on other Boards and Commissions 8:45 p.m. 8. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (e). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session.
