This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF project located in Tigard, Oregon.
At the locations where the top plate has been overnailed to the underside of the garage door header,
contractor to add (3) Simpson A35 framing angles that attach to both the top plate and garage door
header.
