This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the `River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans and the construction photographs provided by Polygon, contractor
to shim the area between the floor and sill plate to provide full bearing for the 2x6 plates at the
locations where the interior garage stud wall extends past the concrete stem wall (1/2"+/-).
