The following diagram represents a 240 VAC system with a fully populated end-fed branch circuit of IQ 6+ Micros. It illustrates how voltage measured at an individual microinverter increases by position in the branch circuit. As the number of microinverters in a branch circuit increase, the voltage at each microinverter rises in a non-linear manner. 1 2 3 4 5 12 13 D Aggregator +0.26V +0.24V +0.22V +0.20V +0.18V +0.04V +0.02V 240.26V 240.50V 240.72V 240.92V 241.10V 241,77V 241.79V The top row of numbers is the incremental voltage rise from one microinverter to the next, and the bottom row is the cumulative line-to-line voltage overall. The following graph illustrates how the number of microinverters connected to a portrait-oriented Q Cable causes a non-linear voltage rise when operating at 240 VAC. 7 ©2017 Enphase Energy Inc.All rights reserved.
