We received the Academy Mortgage Corporation permit you mailed to us. However, we received large plans and cut
sheets, when we just need (3) pages of the area of work. The plans are too large for us to scan for our system. We will
need you to send us reduced plans instead —drawn to scale --showing the area of work on 8.5" x 11" pages or 11" x 17"
pages. You are welcome to email the revised area or work plan to us. What would you like us to do with the plans and
cut sheets that you mailed? Also, I have added the early morning inspection fees for you to pay online. The balance
due is $342.59, and you can pay the permit fees online now at https://aca.accela.com/tigard/. Furthermore, please
email Jeff Grove to confirm the date of the early morning inspection. Jeff's email is jeffgPtigard-or.gov. If you have any

calculations, and product submittals for the fire alarm tenant improvements at the address
shown above.

The fire alarm system design includes the following:
1. Install new ADA synchronized fire alarm notification devices in the tenant space
including (2) strobes.
2. Relocate ADA synchronized fire alarm notification devices in the tenant space
including (1) strobe.
3. Install new(1) addressable relay module for access control.
4. We will pre-test the fire alarm devices prior to requesting a final fire alarm
inspection.
5. Fire alarm design by Simplex-Grinnell, installation by Capitol Electric Co.
