As requested,special inspection of the installation of Terra Firma helical piers was conducted on July 20,
2017.The repair involved placement of 10 helical piers as shown on the plans from this office dated
6/13/2017.The helical piers were installed beyond the minimum installation pressure of 700 psi (Pengo
RS-7) and the minimum depth of 8 feet. Each pier installation is acceptable regarding project
requirements.
