3. Approve Minutes from previous meeting
4. ZCA 89-10 SEIYU/BRIAN A Request for approval to 1) annex 96.86 acres of
unincorporated Washington County land to the City of Tigard and 2) change
the zoning designation from Washington County R-6 (Residential, 6
units/acre) to City of Tigard R-7 (Residential, 7 units /acre). ZONE:
Washington County R-6. LOCATION: North of SW Bull Mt. Road and High Tor
Subdivision, west of Benchview Estates. (WCTM 2S1 4, tax lots 900, 1000,
and 1100; 2S1 9, tax lots 101, 102, 103, and 104)
5. S 89-12/V 89-29/PD 89-05/ZC 89-09/M 89-21 FYRE A request for approval of
an application to subdivide a 5 acre parcel into 18 lots. Also requested
is a planned development overlay to allow a 28 foot street width where 40
feet is normally required and a variance to the right-of-way width for the
same street. A zone change is requested to permit the planned development
overlay and lot line adjustment approval is requested to adjust the
boundaries of the site on which the subdivision will be located. ZONE:
R-4.5 (Residential, 4.5 units/acre) LOCATION: SW 121st Avenue at Tippett
Place (WCTM 2S1 3BC, tax lot 1100)
6. TU 89-12 ANDRE/EICHNER A request for approval of a Temporary Use
application to allow operation of a Christmas tree lot from November 15,
1989 to December 20, 1989. Hours of operation will be from 9 a.m. to 9
p.m. ZONE: C-G (General Commercial) . LOCATION: 11290 SW Bull Mountain
Road (WCTM 2S1 10AC, tax lot 1100)
