Variance VAR 90-0021 - City of Tigard NPO #3 strongly objects to front yard setback variances as applied to neighborhood/residential zoning. Due to the zoning designation of C N (Neighborhood commercial) and that there were no known objections from the owner - a motion was made that the variance be granted. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Fuel Tank Installation - ZOA 90-006 - City of Tigard A revised memorandum, dated 7/31/90, from Jerry Offer, Associate Planner, was received and reviewed. NPO #3 feels the definitions of flammable liquids and combustible liquids - Class I, II, and III - were not defined with enough depth. We would have liked to have had the actual detailed uniform fire code. Motion carried unanimously. 5. Other Business 1. Froude explained a revised plan submitted by Triad. The revised plan shows design changes in, 1) the apartment conplex road system, and 2) the intersection area of 109th and Naeve Road.
