Subject: NPO meeting to discuss proposed projects within the NPO
Date: November 1, 1977
There are several development proposals scheduled for public hearing
within the next month that will effect properties within NPO 3.
Therefore, a meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, November 10,
1977, 7: 30 p.m. at Fowler Junior High School (Lecture Room) to dis-
cuss the following items:
1. Stoneridge Development Company's proposal to revise their pre-
liminary plan and program for a two phase residential/commercial
planned development at Gaarde and Pacific Highway and a zone
change request from R-10, Single Family, to CP (Commercial Pro-
fessional) for the area (Gaarde Street) designated as Commercial
Professional on the NPO 3 Plan.
2. A proposal by J. B. Bishop to amend the NPO 3 Plan designation
of Commercial-Professional to Commercial for the property at
Park and Pacific Highway (Wahl Bros; ) .
