The report shall indicate the location of any fill placed on building sites, suitablity of the soil for building construction, and soil bearing capacity. o Private storm drains shall be provided as I have indicated on the plans for lots-1-12, 22-25 , easements shall be provided where crossing other lots. A joint access and maintenance agreement shall be recorded with each lot accessing a private storm drain. As follows: Lots 1-12, 22-25 , shall have an equal right to use and an obligation to operate and maintain the private drainage facilities within the private or public drainage easements as shown. o The finish grade of the lots shall have a maximum slope of 2:1, or the engineer shall certify the stability of the steeper slope. This will include the slope and fill from the excavation for the foundations of the structures.
