Minutes from the November tat and 8th meetings Were read and approved.
SUB 91-0016-TORLAND ET AL-VICINITY OF NORTH DAKOTA ST AND 11ZTH
Members reviewed applicants' site plan.
Discussion: Members support applicants' proposal without conditions.
No :notion was made due to lack of a quorum.
CUP 91-0009-GTE ET AL-VICINITY OF SCHOLLS FERRY AND 13STH
Members reviewed applicants' proposal and site plan for a
telecommunications switching station within a multifamily zoning
district.
Discussion: Members do not object to applicants' proposal.
No motion was made due to lack of a quorum.

OTHER BUSINESS
Members reviewed a draft letter to Washington County Road Operations
regarding the WO's request to prohibit through truck traffic on Scholls
Ferry Road, south of Old Scholls Ferry Road.
Discussion: The letter requests that County Road Operations confirm that
Scholls Ferry Road, south of Old Scholls Ferry Road, would
be signed to prohibit through truck traffic in 1992 or 1993.
Members decided to send a final draft letter to County Road
Operations under the Chairman's signature to advance this
request which had been discussed and agreed upon in
September.
No motion was made due to lack of a quorum.
Scott Russell discussed CPA 91-0003-AL13ERTSONS-VICINITY OF SCROLLS FERRY
ANO MURRAY BV EXTENSION with members to better understand the NPO's
positions on the proposal and the size of the existing C-N zone.
