The following members were present at the NPO 7 meeting

Meeting Summary:
The meeting was held to ,finalize the. NPO 7 Plan. A rough draft
prepared by Dick Bolen was reviewed and discussed,
General consensus is it seems very brief. Several members wondered
if it would serve its purpose. Clearly there are insufficient
directives regarding the area bounded by S,W, Tigard, S.W. North
Dakota, S,W. 115th and Fanno Creek, Members requested a copy of
NPO 3 ' s plan be mailed to each to compare with that written for
NPO 7. A second, concern is that we have not yet received the
revised projected densities for NPO 7.
It was stated that another meeting should . be held, with Larry
Svart present.
Following that we will present the Final Draft. to the Planning
Commission (date to be set) , When approved by Planning Commission,
the next step will then be to present NPO 7 Plan to Tigard City
Council for adoption.
Larry Svart is the sole remaining Planning Staff member. He is
employed by . . . .
His area of concern is the NPO' s,
